1. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located INSIDE Merschman Ace Hardware at 650 E Le Claire Rd Eldridge IA 52748. Please note: it is a small section of the store, not all of our inventory on our website will be on the sales floor. 

2.WHAT ARE STORE HOURS?

Merschman Ace Hardware Hours 
Monday-Friday 8AM - 6PM
Saturday 8AM - 5PM
Sunday 10AM - 3PM
3. WHAT DO YOUR "DROPS" LOOK LIKE AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We will be having New Arrival drops every week/ every other week. Our current drops happen on Sunday afternoons giving our online customers first dibs on everything! WOOP WOOP that means YOU! On Monday, all remaining merchandise gets moved to the sales floor! Our New Arrivals will include not only women's clothing, but also accessories, men's clothing, kid's items, home & gift items, and even new stickers & greeting cards! *Please note: although we carry all of these categories, not all categories will be included each week in the new arrivals*
4. WHAT IS TURN AROUND TIME FOR PICK UP/SHIPPING? (Please see shipping page for additional information)
Orders placed for pick up will get an email within 24-48 hours after purchase notating that the order is ready to be picked up. If there is a holiday that we are closed during that time, please know there may be a small delay. *Please wait until you receive the email before coming to pick up, we want to make sure it is all ready for you! :)*
Orders placed for delivery will be shipped within 3 business days. If for some reason there is a delay or cancellation, you will be notified via email of the changes.
5. HOW DO I PROCEED WITH PICKUP ONCE I RECEIVE MY EMAIL THAT MY ORDER IS READY?
Please proceed to the checkout counter and let an employee know you got your email that your GG order was ready for pick up. Please have email or driver's license available. Once confirmed, they will grab your order for you! :)
6. DO YOU OFFER FREE LOCAL DELIVERY?
For orders over $50, yes! There are 3 options at check out. Pick up, shipping, and local delivery. Local delivery will only populate after it verifies that order is over $50 and is within 15 miles of store. Please allow 3 days for the local deliveries. If you need it sooner, please select the pickup option during check out :) 
7. WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO RETURN? (Please see return page for more information regarding eligibility)
ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE
For items purchased in store, please return to store to process return. This is needed due to you having a Merschman Ace Hardware receipt. All items need to be returned in the condition in which they were purchased (with tags still attached for the clothing) and within 30 days of original purchase. If for some reason you purchased them in store and aren't able to make it back into store, please email us at merschmanhardware@gmail.com with your order # and your situation and we will work with you to complete return :)
ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
For items purchased online, whether that be for pick up or delivery please email us at merschmanhardware@gmail.com to start the process of your return.
If you are local to the area and would like to return items in person and not pay the return shipping, please still email us. After we confirm your return, please bring merchandise with proof of purchase to store (this can be a digital copy of the receipt) We will issue refund via digital channels for you, and then you will get a confirmation email of the return. 
For those not local to our area who would like to return within 30 days, please mail item and our return slip back to

8. THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?
If there is any issue with your order, PLEASE email us at merschmanhardware@gmail.com, we want to make it right!

9. WHO DO I CONTACT WITH ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE?
Please contact Grace with all of your questions!
The most efficient way to contact would be to email merschmanhardware@gmail.com first due to Grace not always being in store.
Merschman Ace Hardwares store number is 563-285-2241. If you are calling in regard to Dressed in GG, please ask for Grace. If she is not available, please ask for Ted or Sarah and they will do their best to answer your questions!
10. I HAVE A GIFTCARD DOES IT EXPIRE?
Your electronic gift cards for Dressed in GG do not expire! :)
11. SINCE YOU ARE LOCATED INSIDE MERSCHMAN ACE HARDWARE, AM I ABLE TO USE AN ACE HARDWARE GIFTCARD FOR IN STORE PURCHASES?
The coolest answer to this, HECK YEAH! If you have an Ace Hardware gift card and not sure what to use it on, please stop into the store. Our merchandise can be used with an Ace Hardware gift card for in store purchases! :) 
12. WILL ONLINE SALE CODES WORK IN STORE?
Our online discount codes are for online purchases only through our website.
13. I HAVE ACE REWARDS AND ACE COUPONS - WILL MY IN-STORE PURCHASES GO TOWARDS MY REWARDS & AM I ABLE TO USE MY ACE COUPONS ON DRESSED IN GG MERCHANDISE?
Another fantastic answer to this, YES YES YES! :) You get the best of both worlds when purchasing merchandise in store. You will accumulate Ace Rewards points just like normal and you are able to use Ace coupons on all of our merchandise!
14. ARE THERE ANY COUPON CODES I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?
Join our FB group "Dressed in GG VIP" where we share sneak peeks, coupon codes, and have fun giveaways!
15. WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA ARE YOU ON?
We currently have a Facebook page and an Instagram page where we share what's dropping and give you the scoop of all things GG! Be sure to follow along! :)
16. THERE WAS AN ITEM I WANT THAT IS OUT OF STOCK - WILL YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?
